You will be bound by the Terms. You acknowledge that access to the Services provided on the Website is contingent upon your compliance with the Terms, and that it is your responsibility to do so at all times. It is your responsibility to read the Terms as published and to consent to any updates or modifications made from time to time by Crickchampion.
Any judicial or quasi-judicial body in India that finds any of the terms stated in these terms and conditions to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or unlawful for any reason will not affect the legality and enforceability of the remaining terms. We shall not be deemed to have waived our right to act with respect to any breach of the Terms by you, whether the breach in question or any prior, concurrent, subsequent, or comparable breaches, nor should our omission or delay in acting or exercising any right or remedy in connection with such a breach. When we organise a challenge, promotion, game, event, competition, or tournament, the Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may be relevant to that particular challenge, promotion, game, event, competition, or tournament will apply.

You should carefully read and review the terms provided on the Crickchampion site before registering with us. These terms apply to all services on the portal, as well as the rules and conditions specific to individual products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Crickchampion app includes a selection of content that has only been created by Crickchampion, its partners, licensors, collaborators, and/or users. Crickchampion users are solely responsible for any content (publicly visible or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available on the website (collectively, "Users' Content"). Users of Crickchampion guarantee that they are the only owners of the intellectual property rights in their user-generated content and that no third-party rights are violated by any of the materials they upload or post. Additionally, the user guarantees that they will not exploit or exhibit any trademarks, labels, logos, names, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties that are connected to or included on the website. Users further acknowledge and agree that in the event that any third party makes a claim in relation to the display or use of names, logos, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights on the website as a result of User's omissions, Crickchampion, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall be held harmless and irresponsible for any and all costs, damages, loss, and harm, including legal fees and expenses.
Users of Crickchampion grant Crickchampion and its partners, affiliates, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irreversible, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, copy, make derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform or display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish User Content for any of the following uses by agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- Showing user-generated content
- The sharing of user content with other users via electronic means or other media so that they can download it or obtain it in another way, and/or
All platforms, channels, and media will be covered for sharing and archiving user content. The user agrees to receive notifications, administrative messages, and advertisements from Crickchampion or its partners, licensors, or associates.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
By engaging in any of the games and challenges (including online fantasy sports gaming) hosted on the Crickchampion platform, an individual using the services provided by the Website or the App (“challenge(s)”) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions as well as any additional guidelines, policies, and usage guidelines established by the Crickchampion authorities.
At any time, the Crickchampion authorities reserve the right to amend or replace the previously established terms and conditions as well as the rules, regulations, and terms of use by posting a notice on the website. By using Crickchampion services, users agree to accept and be bound by any changes that may be made to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use that Crickchampion has already established. Different Crickchampion services may be subject to extra guidelines and policies that are developed in this regard. The additional conditions will take precedence over the Terms and Conditions in the event of an inconsistency.
Crickchampion has the complete and exclusive right to:
- restrict, pause, or end a user's access to the entire website or just a portion of it;
- Modify, pause, or end all or any portion of the functionality;
- Delete or deactivate a user's account, along with any associated data and files;
- Reject, relocate, or delete any content that a user may submit;
- Any content that is available on the website can be moved or removed;
- Establish guidelines and restrictions for using the website.
If there are changes to the players' roster from the appropriate Sports Event, update or add players to the roster that is available for selection in a challenge.
Assign all of its rights and obligations to any entity with respect to the User accounts covered by this agreement. Notification of this assignment will be given to each User's registered email address.
If a user is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions set forth by Crickchampion or to be using the website provided by Crickchampion improperly or illegally, Crickchampion reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access to all or any part of the website, deactivate or delete the user's account and information, and delete user content without providing the user with prior notice. In addition, Crickchampion has the right to take any necessary legal or technical action against the user.
Should Crickchampion be shown to have been negligent in suspending or deleting a user's account, the firm will promptly reimburse the platform cost that was paid. However, in the event of a suspension or removal because of:
- the violation of the Crickchampion-defined Terms and Conditions; or
- any events outside of Crickchampion's reasonable control.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, users consent to receive communications from Crickchampion and any of its partners, licensors, and collaborators, including announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements.

The proper third party should be contacted with any inquiries, grievances, or claims pertaining to any good or service provided by a third party. Crickchampion disclaims all liability for the resolution of any such queries, grievances, or claims.

When using the features offered by the Crickchampion platform or participating in any of the challenges hosted on the platform, users should not rely on any content created and posted by third parties, as Crickchampion does not guarantee their accuracy, integrity, or quality.
USER CONDUCT
The rules, regulations, and terms of use that Crickchampion has defined for its users are binding on the users, and in the event that the user does not follow these terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use sufficiently, Crickchampion's authorities reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against the user, which may include (but is not limited to):
- limiting, stopping, or eliminating a user's access to the entire website or app;
- deleting or deactivating a user's account, together with any associated data and files; or
- refraining from giving that User any winnings.

Except from the Crickchampion user interface, the Terms and Conditions of Crickchampion prohibit the user from gaining any kind of unauthorised access to the User accounts, Servers, or networks connected to the Websites and/or App Features. The user is prohibited from engaging in any actions related to circumventing or altering any security, technology, device, or programme connected to Crickchampion's features, including trying to do so and encouraging or helping others to do the same.
The users consent to not utilising the Crickchampion platform for any insufficient purposes, such as (but not restricted to):
- to act or speak in any way that is obscene, offensive, indecent, racist, communal, anti-national, disagreeable, defamatory, or abusive;
- to infringe upon, intimidate, harass, or otherwise violate anybody else's legal rights;
- Sending files that are infected with viruses, corrupted files, or any other such software that could harm or negatively impact someone else's computer, website, software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
- to use the Website to promote, provide, or sell any products or services for profit without Crickchampion's prior written approval;
- To send out content about surveys, pyramid schemes, products, services, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, chain letters, challenges, and pyramid schemes;
Users understand and agree that they will not assist or participate in any kind of attack, including but not restricted to virus dissemination, denial of service attacks, or other attempts to interfere with Crickchampion's services or the usage or pleasure of other Crickchampion users.
REGISTRATION
Enrollment in the Challenge(s) requires Participants to accurately provide the following information:
- Email address
- Password
- Province/State
- Transportable
Individuals who engage in activities, services, or features offered by Crickchampion must attest that they have read the terms and conditions carefully and agree to abide by all guidelines, rules, and terms of use.
It is not allowed for participants who live in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland to play paid games on Crickchampion. They are unable to conduct any kind of transaction on the platform, but they are able to play free games there.
In the event of Crickchampion audits, the company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to take action against any user who is discovered to be a resident of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland but did not disclose this information at the time of registration. This action may include, but is not limited to, blocking the user account, deleting it, deactivating it, or resetting it to the initial level by erasing all logs, references, and lowering the amount present in the User Account to "zero."
A confirmation email with their login information is given to the eligible participants (over the age of eighteen) who successfully completed the registration procedure by providing accurate and complete information in the registration form.
Any scanned copy of the user's PAN card will not be accepted in the event of PAN card verification. It is necessary to upload the entire image of the actual PAN card in order to verify it.
It is required to upload a complete scanned image of the E-PAN card (front and back) if the user is uploading an E-PAN card for the PAN card verification process.
ELIGIBILITY
Crickchampion is exclusively available to individuals who presently reside in India.
To create or accept a challenge, you must be at least 18 years old. The user's PAN Card will be verified when they submit their age.
You must have a working email address in order to join.
The only people who can take part in a Challenge and win prizes are those who have successfully registered on the Website or the App(s) in compliance with the above-described method.
According to the laws that are in place in the Indian states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, which prohibit people from playing skill games in which participation is paid for, Crickchampion has prohibited residents of those states from playing Crickchampion. Actions mentioned earlier, including (but not limited to) blocking, resetting, deleting, or deactivating an account, will be taken if thorough audits conducted by Crickchampion reveal that a user is a resident of any of the aforementioned states and that user concealed this information from Crickchampion during registration. Users who were previously blocked for being residents of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland will be treated as new registrations in the event that the state laws of these Indian states change and their citizens are permitted to play the premium versions of Game of Skills. Nevertheless, prior wins will never be taken into account, and any claim of this nature won't be accepted in any way.
DISPUTE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The courts of competent jurisdiction in , India will handle any disputes pertaining to Crickchampion's services, including challenge(s), the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions, as well as the rights and obligations of User(s) (including Participants) and Crickchampion. The arbitration will take place in , India. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, shall govern all arbitration proceedings, which shall be conducted in English.
The parties to the dispute will be required to abide by the arbitral award during the arbitration procedure. In addition, unless the arbitral tribunal specifies otherwise, the parties to the dispute shall be responsible for paying their own arbitration costs and splitting the arbitrator's fees equally. The arbitrator may make interim rulings and awards, such as mandates for certain performance, and these decisions may be enforced in appropriate legal forums. It is required of the arbitrator to render a logical decision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Users acknowledge that they are using and accessing Crickchampion's features voluntarily and at their own risk. Additionally, you agree that Crickchampion will not be held accountable or liable for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, or property loss experienced by Users or any other person or entity while using the services (including taking part in challenge(s)) or as a result of accepting any winnings.
When utilising Crickchampion's services or features, users agree to hold Crickchampion, and/or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors, harmless from and against any liability, cost, loss, or expense incurred by the user as a result of using the features, including (but not limited to) property damage and personal injury, whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, the result of their own negligence, or otherwise.
Regarding the winnings, Crickchampion shall not be liable in any way, either jointly or individually, for any mistakes or omissions made on its own or on behalf of third parties.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user acknowledges that he or she will be fully liable for any outcomes that result from a situation in which the user violates these terms and conditions as well as other rules and regulations pertaining to the services, including by providing false information about their address or other personal details.
By using the website or participating in any challenge(s) hosted on the Crickchampion platform, users agree to defend and hold Crickchampion harmless against any claims made by third parties, entities, or organisations.
By accepting these terms and conditions, users of Crickchampion's services agree that Crickchampion will not be held accountable for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (known or unknown), or (anticipated or unanticipated) related to the services or associated with the challenges or the winnings of the challenges. Users also waive and release Crickchampion from any and all rights or claims, actions, and causes of action (present or future) that they have or may have against Crickchampion, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives.
